What do you mean you haven't heard of Bokwa?
Well to be fair I am not really surprised. In spite of the Buzz travelling around the exercise community and certain areas of the country there still seem to be a lot of people who have never heard of Bokwa.
Those of us in it try to spread the word as much as we can and once you are hooked it is difficult to imagine being without it.
The easiest way to find out about it, is get yourself along to a class and give it a go, and do try it a couple of times or try with different instructors.
The beauty of Bokwa is that wherever you go people will be doing the same steps, the differences will come from the added "flava" introduced by each instructor.
The music is pumping and the latest chart music, sometimes mixed with some fun and some nostalgic tracks.
There are no complicated steps to learn, no complex choreography, no routines, all of which means you are free to feel the music and go with the flow. If you can move then you can Bokwa. The basic moves work by you the participant drawing numbers and letters on the floor with your feet while moving to the music. We don't count the steps, though sometimes it helps. All moves have related hand signals to go with them, so see the sign, do the move.
